UNATTACH - REFUND POLICY

At Unattach, we are committed to providing a high-quality service that meets the needs of our customers. We understand that there may be instances where Unattach may not be the right fit. In such cases, we offer a straightforward and hassle-free return policy.

Eligibility for Refund. If you find that Unattach does not meet your requirements, you are eligible to request a full refund of your subscription fee.

Refund Request Period. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of subscribing to any of our plans.

In the message, request a refund and the reason for your request. Although a reason is not required, we very much appreciate any feedback as it helps us improve our service.
- We will process your refund request within days of receiving your message.

Refund Processing.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- It may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.

Limitations.
- Refunds are limited to the first-time purchase of a subscription and do not apply to subscription renewals.
